Mission Statement:

By facilitating the direct and accurate allocation of water and sewer costs to the residents that use these services, we promote conservation, resource stewardship, fiscal responsibility and allow Home Owner Associations to take control of their finances through accurate budgeting.

 

Who we are:

 

At MeterNet, our roots started in the municipal water billing industry as a software development company that was founded in 1984. MeterNet’s parent company (an offshoot from the software company) was founded in 2005 to provide billing, payment and mailing services to small towns, water districts and apartment and condominium complexes.

 

In 2009 MeterNet's primary focus was redirected away from software development and through growth and acquisition now serves clients from coast to coast. Most recently we have consolidated in order to focus exclusively on the HOA/Condominium sector which is in alignment with our core internal values and long-term vision of water management. MeterNet has led the way on several ground-breaking advancements in our industry and through our passion and leadership, we will continue to strive for the best possible solutions for our customers.

 

At MeterNet we don’t view our clients (Managers, Associations or Homeowners) as ‘just another number’; everyone in our company feels responsible for every interaction and transaction, therefore we take pride in our work and treat our customers with the respect you deserve. We know that our job is to save money and water for our clients, it’s just that simple!

ABOUT US: FOR RESIDENTS

MeterNet has been contracted by your HOA or community management company to provide meter reading and billing services on their behalf. We do not provide utilities to your residence. The funds that we collect from your utility payments belong to the HOA, or complex, to pay for the utilities for your community.

 

We bill all residents using the same rate schedule as your local utility district to ensure that you are paying the same equivalent costs as if you lived in a single family home serviced directly by that utility company.

 

Your community has chosen to use MeterNet's services as a way to keep down HOA assessments, to ensure that each resident has control over their utility usage and to help facilitate water conservation.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Privacy Policy

MeterNet does not sell, distribute or release email addresses or any personal information of any web site visitor or consumer. Your personal information may be retained if you should purchase products from us; however, this information is not stored on this website.

ABOUT US: FOR MANAGERS

Through accurate and timely full service billing MeterNet works hand in hand with the HOA board and/or community management company to manage sub-metering and utility billing for community residents.

 

Dedicated MeterNet account managers are assigned to each community and are available to assist you with resident transactions as they occur. With proprietary tools, processes and friendly service we take the hassle out of utility billing, freeing you up to do your million other tasks.
