We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please note; due to the credit card regulations and increased cost of processing online or over the phone (‘card not present’) payments recently placed on us by the credit card companies, our new convenience fee is a flat $6.00 per transaction. Credit Card regulations stipulate that other financial transactions offered in the same manner as credit card must be charged the same convenience fee. For this reason online check payments must be charged at the same rate as credit card transactions. This charge cannot be waived, either online or by calling Customer Service.

Or set up an ACH account by filling in our ACH form. You can mail, e-mail, or fax this form directly to our business office. It may take several weeks for your ACH account to become active, so please make sure you continue making credit card or check payments until your ACH account is confirmed; your statement will show 'ACH Account Active' once ACH setup is complete. There is no convenience fee for using our ACH service.
To create a new online account you will need your MeterNet account number (located on your bill)and one other piece of identifying information from: meter number (located on your bill), phone number or e-mail associated with the MeterNet account.
