With dedicated staff available to assist you from 8:00pm - 5:00pm (PT) and after hours by appointment; combined with our dedicated manager phone line and e-mail, you will always get the prompt attention and respect you deserve.
Perhaps the two most important things that we require from all of our Community Managers, Owners and/or HOA boards are timely forwarding of utility bills and up- to-date information about residents including any meter change-outs that may occur!
Without the utility bills, we can't re-bill for the community and without updates on residency and meter equipment we can't guarantee accurate usage and charges in the bills. Both of these items require that MeterNet work hand-in-hand with you and your community.
